Most of us probably take our kitchen stoves for granted, but a stove from Comox, BC was a big deal when it arrived in El Salvador. Of course, we knew ahead of time that such an appliance wouldn’t be useful in a typical home. Before we shipped it, our partners were excited to tell us that it would be put to great use in a local hospital.
